If you live in the greater Salt Lake area and have a donation of medical equipment or palletized resources, please contact us to arrange for pick up.  If your donation does not meet these requirements, please feel free to drop your donation off to our warehouse, located at:

When you arrive, we will ask you to fill out a Product Donation Form so that we can mail you a Letter of Receipt to be used for tax write-off purposes.  Tax deductions are available for your charitable contribution. Simply present the Letter of Receipt to the IRS with your tax filing.  (For more detailed information or advice, please consult your legal or tax advisors. Additional tax laws may apply to your state.)
