Globus Relief is committed to providing appropriate privacy to our donors, colleagues, and visitors to our website. This statement of policy is designed to help you understand our practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Globus Relief pledges the following to all donors and contacts:

• We will never sell your personal contact information or information about your donation.
• We offer a complete and straightforward explanation of how we use information collected from donors.
• We provide donors and contacts the opportunity to share specific preferences regarding communications from Globus and the way their information is used, and we honor their requests.

For Online Donors & Visitors to www.globusrelief.org :

• We do not use “cookies” to track or monitor your visit in any way.
• We will never sell or publish any personal contact information you provide us through our website.
• Our donation form asks for contact information (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number), so that we can send a thank you letter acknowledging your donation. This information is stored on a secure server, and is downloaded frequently into a master database that is kept off-line, further protecting data security.
• Network For Good, which processes donations through www.globusrelief.org , guarantees the privacy of confidential information such as credit card, social security, or bank numbers.
• For online donors who request anonymity, Globus Relief will keep your personal contact information in order to communicate with you, but will never share that information outside our organization.
• While we do publish a list of donors' names in our Annual Report, we will honor the request of any donor who wishes that their name not be included in that list.

For Donors Who Mail or Deliver Donations to Globus Relief:

• Our donation form asks for contact information (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number), so that we can send a thank you letter acknowledging your donation. You are free to leave the form blank, but please recognize this makes it impossible for us to acknowledge your donation, or for you to prove your donation is tax-deductible.

• For any donors who request anonymity, Globus Relief will keep your personal contact information in order to communicate with you, but will never share that information outside our organization.
• While we do publish a list of donors' names in our Annual Report, we will honor the request of any donor who wishes that their name not be included in that list.
